Manages work of Department of Legislative Initiatives, conducts legislation monitoring in the sphere of TV radio broadcasting, cooperates with bodies of state power, branch associations and the audience, organizes events aimed to promote field's interest regarding normative regulation of TV radio broadcasting.

Elena was born on the 7^th of January 1972 in Volin region. In 1998 she graduated from the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University, where she got Master’s degree in Law. At the beginning of her professional carrier, Elena combined work in private law firm with teaching legal disciplines at the University. Four years of her life she dedicated to the Broadcasting Company “Era”, where she had a possibility to build up as a specialist in such spheres as copyright, advertising, TV and film production. Then she worked at the advertising agency.

Since March 2006 Elena works at “Star Media”.
